Inspired by Cooking methods and wine making practices, the beans have undergone a blanching and a maceration process. Then sugars obtained by pressing the shells of the beans are added to improve sweetness. This is followed by a 120 lactic fermentation to improve acidity and finally the beans are dried for 15 days to regulate moisture
